As the the company grows we are now experiencing the challenges of managing a larger workforce, which is why we are seeking ambitious and dedicated graduates to be trained into filling our management roles.
There are 2 openings for this position and we are looking for those individual to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
General requirements
- Completed degree in any discipline.
- Proven and well-evidenced interest in management.
- Ability to commit to full time hours.
- Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time, on-site basis.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive mind.
- Some experience taking lead on projects or within a group setting.
- Willingness to learn and make necessarily changes to become a better version of themselves
What will I do?
- Learn and understand our policies, structure and procedures
- Shadow Senior Managers and learn how to execute day-to-day operational management
- Take part in the training and development processes, including optimising the effectiveness of our current structure
- Develop your leadership and management skills as you work to manage a small time of your own
- Taking on project work - this would depend on which manager you are paired with but will include all stages of development, including: research and analysis, planning and preparation, test and adjustment, execution

Salary: £25,861.53-£27,484.68 per year
