FUTURE COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT OF INDEPENDENT PUB OWNING YORKSHIRE BREWERY REQUIRED
Preparing for the eventual retirement of senior company management, Samuel Smiths is looking for a graduate with several years full time work experience who is interested in making a career with a long established independent company that brews at the oldest brewery in Yorkshire and which runs its pubs under management, trading over quite a wide area.
The successful candidate would be based at the Old Brewery in Tadcaster and involved in all aspects of running pubs, some with food and in the determination to keep the brewery independent for a very long term.
Previous experience in brewing and pub retailing is not essential. More important is having a resourceful approach, a drive to succeed, a strong work ethic and the initiative to work with a frugal, productive overhead.
