What's the role?
On joining our Graduate Trainee Programme, you will be directly assigned to one of our C Level Directors, where, starting at the bottom you will:
- Learn about the Company and how it operates
- Learn how to deliver results quickly
- Find out how to interrogate and fix challenges
- Become proficient in Product Management and Sourcing
- Learn how to give excellent service to our customers
- Have a solid understanding of company operations
- Be clear about finance
- Know how to increase sales
- You will spend 4-6 months in different parts of the business learning how these areas work and continuous improvement
