Job Description
Overall purpose of the job:
- Provide vital support to the business to ensure the efficient coordination of all recruitment needs
- Accountable for maintaining and improving efficient processes for recruitment while working to both control and lower costs
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in all areas of recruitment
- Ownership for the Recruitment Inbox
Key responsibilities for this job:
- Coordinating full recruitment cycle:
- Writing and uploading of job adverts on various job boards and social media
- Working with the Marketing team to promote job opportunities and careers at Exponential-e Group
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Taking ownership for maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensuring ongoing improvements and understanding of newly released functionality
- Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies
- Acting as the main point of contact for recruitment queries
- Updating recruitment process maps and policies
- Ongoing support and responsibility for recruitment and people related projects
Knowledge and experience required:
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Exceptional organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge MS Office including: Excel; PowerPoint; Word and Outlook
- Continuous improvement mind-set
- Highly resilient
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to build rapport with staff at all levels
