The Team

The team support Registry with the delivery of student records processes and administration of the student lifecycle through the shared student information system.

We also help organise the graduation ceremonies and the production of award certificates and academic transcripts.

The Role

We are looking to recruit a graduate intern within the team, to help support the planning, organisation and delivery of the Class of 2023 graduation ceremonies.

Reporting to the Head of Student Systems and Records you will contribute to the successful delivery of ceremonies within York Minister. You will provide an efficient, student centred service for all graduates.

Skills and Experience

If you have excellent organisation skills, a strong customer service focus, attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude we’d love to hear from you.
