We're offering a rare and truly exciting opportunity to join the design team of one of the UK’s leading digital marketing agencies. Based within the heart of leafy Cheshire, we are an international digital marketing firm that works closely with Google, Facebook, Snap, Instagram and TikTok.
We are on the hunt for a talented graduate designer, with a solid foundation in creating graphics, video editing and beautiful static imagery. Your creations will be used to promote our wide and vastly different range of internal brands. You'll be working closely with and supporting our marketing team, designing and co-creating content to be used as part of our multi-million-pound advertising budget.

Role of a Graduate Designer
- Working as part of our existing design team to produce striking advert assets and websites to promote our suite of online market-leading brands.
- Mentoring from experts in the creative industry to improve your design skills and advance your career.
- Showcase your skills in creating eye-catching designs.
- Ability to interpret and turn around the simplest of briefs.
- Use your initiative and creativity to clearly develop and execute your ideas and be happy to pitch these ideas to the wider team.
- Collaborating with the design team and wider media team to constantly push the boundaries of our advertising campaigns.
- Taking an active interest in advancements in technology and techniques in design, taking inspiration from industry leaders and encouraging development and collaboration.
What do you need?
- Someone who strives to be world-class.
- Ambitious and excited about graphic design, digital design and/or motion graphics.
- Keeps on top of trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to your work.
- Proficient knowledge and experience of the Adobe CC suite including Photoshop, Illustrator.
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for creativity and design and a keen eye for detail.
- A demonstrable ability to create beautiful, functional design work.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your tasks at hand.
- A driven and motivated mindset.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- A good sense of humor.
What’s nice to have?
- An understanding of digital marketing principles.
- A genuine interest in all things tech!
- Photography/filming skills
- Experience with After Effects or Premier Pro
