Our metaverse group helps our partners realise their metaverse ambitions. The team’s expertise encompasses creative (concept and design), production (art and content), engineering (game development and Web3) and operations (dev and live).

At Improbable, you’ll collaborate with some of the best in the industry. Together, you’ll create unique, tailored experiences that stretch the boundaries of what’s possible in digital spaces and virtual worlds – and help define what the metaverse can be.

Your opportunity:

    • Deliver new features under the direction of programming leadership.
    • Learn from and be mentored by world-class game developers and technical specialists.
    • Work on cutting-edge game technology and help push the boundaries of what is possible in modern-day computer games.
    • Work on large-scale MMO RPGs and Metaverse Events at scales of 10,000+ players

Why you were made for this:

    • You are undertaking a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Maths, Physics or another STEM subject.
    • You have a demonstrable portfolio of game development projects from University or personal projects.
    • You have an understanding of the principles of Programming, Software Design, and Game Development.
    • You're skilled in one or more common programming languages, C, C++, C#.
    • You have prior experience with game engines such as Unity or, ideally, Unreal Engine 4.
    • You are passionate about games and gaming and interested in new and innovative uses for Web 3.0.
    • You understand and are vocal when you need assistance or guidance from programming leadership.
    • You're curious and are not afraid to ask questions.
