Job description
As a Junior programmer in our games team you will be assigned a Senior who will mentor you through your development. You will learn about how we construct our code, work with different plugin systems and building your confidence you get up to speed. From day one you will be working on a live title and will be working with our artists and designers for efficient task implementation.
Tasks will include:
- Write GUI systems
- Optimise performance KPIs
- Work on AI systems
- Create achievement, leaderboard and event systems
- Implement third party APIs
Required Skills / Desired Skills Qualifications
- A good Degree in Computer Science or Relevant Subject
- Experience with the Unity Engine
- Good knowledge of c#
- Self Motivated team player who can dive into code and learn quickly
- Keen interest in F2P casual mobile games
The job is in the North East of England near Newcastle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
