Are you a recent graduate passionate about financial services transformation consultancy?

As part of our expansion program, we are looking to hire a number of bright, enthusiastic, driven graduates to join our Financial Services Graduate Programme within our Transformation practice.


You will receive course-based and on-the-job training and quickly become a Financial Services Consultant, where you can kick-start your career in the exciting world of Transformation.


Get ready for an exciting induction experience like no other!


This is an International Traineeship program, and your first week will be in the Ardennes Forest in Belgium alongside Belgian and Dutch trainees! Activities include outward-bound team building, an Insights Discovery self-awareness workshop and a day in our HQ meeting the ProjectiveGroup CEO.


In week 3 you’ll be our Amsterdam offices. How cool is that? Gain cultural insights, knowledge of our Practises, and business strategies while making lifelong connections. It's an opportunity not to be missed, so buckle up and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime!


This role is ideal for candidates motivated to ultimately pursue a career in Financial Services, specifically within Transformation and interested in assisting organisations in achieving their strategic goals.

What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Transformation Consultant, you will work on a range of projects within Financial Services; typical engagements will include:

  • Support the delivery of Transformation consulting projects to our clients across our core capabilities in Data, Payments and Risk & Compliance.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Developing project plans and timelines.
  • Implementing changes to existing systems or processes.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Providing training on new systems or processes.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Reporting project progress to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and management of project budgets and timelines.
  • Lots of fun and learning along the way.


What are we looking for?


  • 2:1 degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, economics, or project management.
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the financial services industry and the Change and Transformation sector, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
