Graduate Estates Surveyor (North Herts)
Permanent, Full Time
From £26,093 - £45,605 per annum (dependant on experience)
Location: Letchworth Garden City

Essex County Council are delighted to working in partnership with North Herts to recruit the role of Graduate Estates Surveyor.

The Role
You will be involved in managing the Council’s property portfolio and advising the Council on landlord & tenant matters, property acquisitions and disposals to maximise income and capital receipts, and to generally help secure value for money.

There will be the opportunity to train and develop within the role and for further Professional and Vocational study where appropriate. Continuous professional development is actively encouraged.
The Experience You Will Bring
Level 1 - Either a RICS accredited estates management degree, or relevant experience in a surveying role. Level 2 - RICS accreditation and significant experience in a surveying role. Successful completion of year one of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. Level 3 - AssocRICS membership, or sufficient experience to enable you to become a full Member of the RICS following an approved period of Assessment of Professional Competence, structured training and the final RICS interview examination. Level 4 - Membership or Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS).
