As our new Graduate Engineer you will:
- Be part of a 2-year training programme,
- Be put in control of your career,
- Be expected to take on real responsibility in your home department,
- Seek out opportunities to diversify your skillset through placements in various functions across our business.
- Reach the end of your programme, progress into Design Engineer

You are meant for this job if:
- You are a dynamic individual
- Have a higher degree in Engineering
- Professional communicator both verbally and written with an outgoing personality
- Able to communicate with professional and technical personnel at all levels in the organisation
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognise problems, define the pertinent issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Adaptable and flexible in their approach to problems and tasks
- Pro-active.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to embrace new ideas and foster their adoption within the business.
- Able to work on own initiative
