About the Role:

As a Graduate Engineer, you would be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor, assisting other engineers with projects, conducting research, and writing reports. You should be able to follow instructions, but also take initiative and come up with original ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior engineers to contribute to the design and analysis of engineering projects.
  • Assisting in prototyping, testing, and optimization of products and systems.
  • Utilizing engineering software and tools to model, simulate, and analyze designs.
  • Participating in cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
  • Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
  • Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, etc.) or a related field.
  • Strong academic record and a passion for engineering innovation.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software).
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Understanding of Nano or other advanced materials is considered a plus.
