About The Role
The RAC currently have exciting new graduate positions within their Insurance Pricing Team, as they look to grow the team to match the company’s future ambitions in Insurance. We are looking for Graduate Data Scientists to be based at our Bradley Stoke offices with a hybrid working format.
You will probably know The RAC as the #orangeheros who provide breakdown assistance at the side of the road and we are proud to serve over 12.7 million customers. As a company we have rich heritage yet when it comes to insurance pricing the journey is only just beginning as we are growing rapidly in the personal lines insurance market.

We are looking for individuals who have a numerical degree grade 2.1 or above along with the following;
- Passion for data science and machine learning, ensuring skills continue to grow as the field progresses.
- Analytics, modelling, or software development experience.
- Detailed knowledge of data manipulation tools (eg R, Python and SQL).
- The will to learn and the desire to develop your skills on the job.
- A passion for your work and the ambition to succeed.
