The Data & Insights Officer will play a significant role in the ongoing maintenance and management of student record information, including assisting with the continued development of data quality checking tools and improvement of processes.
The role will work closely with colleagues in the Data & Insights Service as well as colleagues from other teams within the University.
About you (requirements)
The right candidate will have experience of gathering, analysing and reporting information, be organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies and inconsistencies in data or lists, and have good working knowledge of Microsoft solutions (and the ability to learn new tools).
To be eligible for the Bath Spa Graduate Scheme you must be a Bath Spa graduate from 2022 or 2023.

About us
Bath Spa University has recently introduced a centralised Data & Insights Service (DIS). The team collects and pulls together data and information from across the organisation to help the University manage and plan its business and make evidence-based decisions.
The areas of work include:
- Applicant, student and alumni records

- Statutory and regulatory reporting support.

How to apply
Interview Date: Development centres will be held in person at Bath Spa’s Newton Park campus on the 18th and 19th July. You will only need to attend for a morning or afternoon on one of those dates and you will have the choice of which one, if your application is successful.
