YOUR ROLE
- Join Henkel’s Norden Corporate Communications team as a Graduate Corporate Communications Assistant.
- This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
- Social media planning, content creation (copywriting, video, memes, social media posts etc), posting, community management and audience-building (Twitter, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams)
- Research, write and edit contributions for features and news sections of Henkel.co.uk and internal communications news hub
- You will build a network of contacts in business units, to enable newsgathering, interviews, content and event ideas
- You will have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas for internal and external communications campaigns
- Track sustainability and trade media to identify potential opportunities for Henkel
- You can support with the organisation & promotion of internal events
- Develop social media, internet and intranet reporting benchmarks and report on success metrics

YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in in social media management/public relations/communications or any relevant discipline.
- Engaging and accurate copywriting/proof-reading
- Ability to be proactive and generate ideas
- Computer literate and familiarity with MS Office and Adobe packages an advantage
Timelines for this recruitment process
- Initial applications open between 1st February – 3rd March 2023 but may close earlier if volumes are high
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview or receive a phone interview from the team
- If your phone/video interview is successful, you will be invited to a first stage interview at the end of March
