The Opportunity
We are looking for Level 2 or 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our Westminster school on a full time basis. This role will be to be a senior teacher in our baby room (12 places), working with a team of 4, and overseen by the Room Leader and School Principal, and offers the role-holder quick progression to leadership positions across our Group of schools in central London. It is available for an immediate start
Working Hours
- Monday 0830-1230
- Tuesday 1130-1530
- Wednesday 0830-1830
- Thursday 0830-1530
- Friday 0830-1830
Additional hours will be offered on top of these guaranteed hours on a variable basis across the group, subject to your own availability and interest

Your responsibilities:
- Delivery of our educational vision, bilingual approach and preschool educational programme
- Delivery of both the Welfare and Teaching & Learning requirements of the EYFS and ensuring the room and team maintain optimal standards of organisation / cleanliness / professionalism in line with our Code of Conduct
- Adhering and delivering on our nursery policies and procedures
- Maintaining and delivering on the routines within your room
- Delivering 85%< positive approvals from parents in feedback and ensuring they are in receipt of high quality daily diaries; observations, assessments and planning and other forms of updates on their child's development
Who you Are: Person Specification
- 3 years< experience working with children from the age of 6 months- 5 years old
- Room Leadership experience preferable
- Ofsted inspection experience
- Organised and disciplined - you are detailed oriented, organised and disciplined in planning your day
- Digital adopter: you are comfortable using mobile apps and digital systems in your day to day life
- Proactive go-getter who strives for the best standards in education and in themselves
- Considerate colleague: someone who empathises, listens well and helps where required
- Problem solver: someone who adapts quickly, and thinks for themselves in and around problems to deliver optimal efficiency and results
- Clear Communicator: someone who manages upwards and regularly communicates with line management on goals, progress and issues arising
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Qualified in Early Years education
- Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid trained
- Food Hygiene
