Unicorn Orange is a female founded Amazon agency working with some of the most exciting and ambitious brands on the planet! You will be part of a small and cohesive team to learn the ropes of all things Amazon. You will transition into our Account Manager role (after an extensive training program!) to provide our clients' with recommendations to supercharge their sales. Get involved in a start-up which is going places - we've had consistent triple digit growth since our launch 3 years ago!
1. Who is Unicorn Orange?
We are an Amazon agency specialising in working with challenger brands. We are Amazon experts who know the secret formula to growing sales profitably on Amazon. We work with some of the fastest growing brands on Amazon that are backed by the likes of Peter Jones and Deborah Medan!
2. The role:
As a graduate, you will be on the pathway to become a fully fledged e-commerce account manager. You will be provided with plenty of training to learn all things Amazon, e-com and client management before having clients' of your own! Our training program is highly structured with support every step of the way where you will be coached on everything you need to know. You will be gradually introduced to different areas of the role and eventually given your own clients once you are ready.
Your core responsibilities as an Account manager would include (but are not limited to):
> Account management- strategically thinking about growth opportunities for our clients.
> Hitting targets- you will be responsible for hitting sales targets for our clients
> Troubleshooting- you will spend a lot of time using Amazon seller and vendor central
> Reporting- you should be comfortable working with large sets of data and drawing out trends and analysis to provide strategic growth recommendations
> Team management- you will be working with our team of specialist freelancers and should be happy managing several stakeholders simultaneously
> Client communication- this is a client facing role and you should be confident in a client facing role and spinning many plates
> PPC- you will have a good grasp on pay-per-click advertising and be comfortable managing advertising campaigns and communicating results to our clients
3. Requirements
This is a graduate program so no prior experience is required - we will train you up to become a full fledged account manager, but you should...
> Love working with data and identifying trends
> Love working with people and be excited by the prospect of having your own clients
> Be eager to learn and have an interest in e-commerce (especially Amazon!) and want to pursue a career in this area or digital marketing
> Be excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced start-up environment where no two days are the same. You should be flexible and be open to trying different tasks and ready to get your hands dirty when required!
> You should be a self starter and using your initiative to problem solve
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
