Coventry Mazda is part of Green 4 Motor Company, a multi-dealer award winning Mazda retail group.About YouAutomotive Sales Experience is highly desirable as we are looking for an experienced sales controller.You will need:Excellent communication skills, relationship management and be open to feedback.Excellent presentation and selling skills.Be focused and self motivated to achieve targetsSales Controller Responsibilities:Nurture Sales Leads by building trust and communicating effectively with customers throughout the sales process.Take responsibility for Lead Management and RenewalsManage the department when Sales Manager is away from the businessResolve customer problems and complaints in a polite and appropriate manner.Present products and discuss vehicle purchasing over video calls and telephone.Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule.Reach out to customers through prospecting.Adhere to the company's FCA and data protection policies by collecting the necessary customer contact and vehicle data.Sales Controller Requirementsknowledge of Microsoft Office including word and excel, Customer Relationship Diary Management (CRM) systems.Prioritising, time management and organisation skills.Full Clean Driving Licence.Sales experience preferred but not essentialAble to work within a team environmentAs part of your package, you will receive a basic salary of £27,000 and you can expect to receive OTE of £55,000.
