Our aim is simple - to take open fire cooking to the next level, provide our customer with the best dining experience and invest in our team.
Asador 44 is part of the 44 group which include Bar 44 Cardiff, Bar44 Penarth and Bar 44 Bristol. The group is going through a rapid expansion over the next few years so we’re intent on training and developing our team.
The Job role
We’re looking for a kitchen porter to join our team who can display the following skills and qualities:
Key responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter role will include:
- Organising store cupboards
- Washing all dishes, utensils, and equipment thoroughly
- Cleaning all surfaces
- Emptying bins
- Helping with kitchen food preparation
- Help keep the kitchen in line with food safety standards
The ideal candidate for the Kitchen Porter position should:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be a real team player
- Be organised and work well under pressure
- Have a friendly and flexible attitude
- Communicate effectively in English

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
