We are now recruiting for a Graduate Construction Manager to join our Kier Construction team in Full Sutton.
Kier Construction is one of the largest regional builders in the UK, working with public and private sector clients on projects of all sizes and complexities. Our construction teams are split into four regions; London, South & Strategic Projects, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlands and North & Scotland it also comprises of Kier Places, our housing maintenance and facilities management business.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for the management and motivation of the project’s workforce, whilst establishing and maintaining the relationship with the client through, and beyond, the construction phase. You will also be responsible for implementing all of the company’s relevant health, safety, wellbeing policies as well as assessing, reviewing, and mitigating any contractual risks and value.
