RCK Partners is a consultancy specialising in R&D tax credit claims. Established in 2020, we have quickly emerged as the challenger to the established market leaders. To date, we have delivered in excess of £30m of client benefit and are currently working on an additional £20m. We have ambitious growth plans to double in size every year for the next 3 years. We are an extremely high-performance firm with all staff having broken sales and delivery records. This role is being recruited for at an exciting stage of our growth plans.
For this role we require the following:
- Individuals who are very money motivated and have a hunger to begin their careers in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability/desire to build a network of referral partners from which to develop client opportunities.
- Gravitas and charisma to build your portfolio once trained.
The package on offer is a basic salary of £35k plus a commission scheme which pays out at 5% of generated revenue, plus uncapped bonus. Realistic OTE for 1st year is £70k,
Further benefits include the following;
- Holiday entitlement is 25 days per year with an additional day awarded for your birthday. Holiday entitlement will increase by 2 days after 2 years and 1 day per annum of service thereafter to a maximum of 30 days.
