We’re looking for a self-motivated and strategically astute Graduate who will thrive in being in the heart of our Home Claims business. You will work with our operational leaders and supply to chain to innovate and manage our end-to-end processes.

You will need a strong focus on supporting sustainable continuous performance and an oversight and control for the departmental goals. You will have the opportunity to assist with key projects to become a subject matter expert and constantly drive our business to outperformance.

Responsibilities

We will support you to:
  • Become a subject matter expert in this business analyst role where you will shape our processes and culture in line with our vision and values, ensuring that our people strategy is at the heart of what we do
  • Assist the leadership team with the home claims lifecycle focusing on continuous improvement activities to enhance our customer experiences ensuring positive outcomes
  • Build your network to enable you to collaborate with our supply chain and offshore teams to develop capability, enhance processes and productivity
  • Drive innovation through your analysis whilst acting as a gatekeeper to ensure controls are in place for any changes or improvements within the operation
  • Be an integral member of the team working to deliver on process improvement projects

The Individual

We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. You will need to have a zest for learning and a willingness to become a real expert and insurance professional.

You will need to be a graduate with at least a 2.2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  • An eye for detail, with the skills to collate, analyse and evaluate data
  • Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and innovate, whilst bringing research and ideas to the team
  • Good presentation skills, be able to convey complex information succinctly to a wide audience
