A consultancy that focuses on unlocking value and providing end user training on the dynamics suite.
The Role:
You will join this growing start up as a business analyst. the role will see you work closely with new and existing clients covering aspects of the planning and delivery stage of core projects. You can expect to receive in-depth training on the dynamics suite and work on key client projects from an early stage.
- Working with clients to identify needs and gather detailed requirements
- Analysis of current systems and business processes to identify potential areas of improvement
- Create project outline presentations to allow stakeholders to make informed decisions on project process
- Creating and implementing project plans, monitoring timelines, and working to ensure deadlines are met
- Working with delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered in agreed timeline
- Immersing yourself in a clients processes and systems guiding the end user through new ways of working
- Create and review test cases, and coordinate with business stakeholders and end users for user acceptance
- Effectively managing the workload and working with multiple clients at the same time
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
- Ultimately, you will bridge the gap between people and technology ensuring their skills keep everything running effectively and efficiently
What We Are Looking For:
- High performance in your academic degree preferably in business or front-end IT or similar
- IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook packages quickly and accurately
- A proactive, efficient, organised mindset
- Willingness to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Experience of demonstrating exceptional client service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritise workloads
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support other projects across the business
No coding skills are required but previous knowledge of different ERP systems (especially D365) is an advantage but not necessary.
