We seek an ambitious graduate to join our friendly team in our newly kitted-out Telford office. Key Responsibilities
- Work with SME's to define their system requirements and document their processes
- Produce Technical Documentation
- Deliver Digital System demonstrations and overviews
- Provide technical support for ERP system users under the guidance of a senior team member
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Assist in implementing system updates and upgrades as needed
- Provide training and support for new and existing users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user experience
- Stay current with new developments and advancements in ERP technology
- Work within the Project Delivery Team
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, business studies or a related field
- Interest in Software & Digital Systems is an asset
- No prior experience with ERP MRP Inventory Stock systems is required; training will be provided
- Driving licence and access to a car
- Ambition to progress within the team/business
- Ability to work on own initiative
