Bouygues UK has a fantastic opportunity available for a Graduate Bid Coordinator to join our Preconstruction team, based from our Bristol office in Bradley Stoke.

We are currently working on a number of diverse projects across the South West & Wales regions and have plenty more in the pipeline. Our Preconstruction team are dedicated to winning new work, an exciting process that the successful Graduate Bid Coordinator would be able to contribute to.

The Role:
The Graduate Bid Coordinator will learn and develop the skills necessary to coordinate and prepare bid documentation, from project approval launch to tender submission and post tender interview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Preconstruction team to deliver outstanding submissions to challenging deadlines.
  • Managing the Bid Deliverables Matrix for all stages of the submission and ensuring that project deliverables are met.
  • Producing high quality submissions documents using Adobe InDesign and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Investigating and proposing new ideas and methods for bid and marketing purposes.
  • Providing creative input into submissions.

The Graduate Bid Coordinator will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.

We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

What you`ll need:

  • A 2:1 (or above) in any degree discipline
  • A genuine interest in the construction industry
