We take pride in our work and the profession, recognising audit as a deep specialism. It's a really exciting time to be joining us. We’re growing our teams across all areas of our Audit practice and investing a huge amount in our people, their skills and the technology available, as we continue to radically modernise our business and the way we serve our clients.

Our Audit Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams are based in four locations - Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow, all providing innovative solutions for our clients across the UK. As part of our CoE you’ll utilise cutting edge technology to work closely with our Audit teams from across the country, improving the quality, efficiency, and innovation in the more complex areas of an audit. What you'll do

Our CoE teams are specialists in some of the most complex areas of an Audit. You’ll begin your specialist learning pathway from the very start and will soon find yourself discussing pensions reporting and financial statements with Finance Directors of some of our biggest clients. Your knowledge will develop at pace. You’ll learn on the job, taking responsibility early on.

Engaging with colleagues within our Audit practice and, as an Audit specialist, you’ll be the person providing advice and support as a subject matter expert, often to Management level and above.

As you progress through your early career, if you choose to, you may have the opportunity to work within our wider Audit business, or you can continue to develop deeper expertise as you progress within our Centre of Excellence team. Either way, you’ll benefit from a quality training programme and gaining your Chartered Accountancy qualification.

What you'll gain

During our three year programme, you will also study towards the Chartered Accountant (ACA or CA) qualification.

What you'll need

You'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
