The Programme
Our Product Graduate programme is split across our businesses in London, Cardiff and Leeds and we are looking for one Product Manager in Leeds for 2023. You will join a structured and well-developed 2 year programme within TruNarrative, part of our Risk Solutions business (
www.trunarrative.com
). The TruNarrative team has a clear mission to make safe commerce simple by helping protect businesses and consumers across multiple sectors from the threat of Fraud and Financial Crime. The programme is rotational within Leeds and you will experience 2-3 rotations across several projects to ensure you work across the product lifecycle, gaining exposure to different tools, stakeholders and priorities.The role
You will be part of our multi-disciplined product development team, working alongside the development and testing team to enhance our product offering. You’ll be responsible for analysing needs to develop a configuration strategy, leading data integration efforts and partnering with Product Analysts, the Head of Product, and other technical leaders to address new needs and deliver a seamless technology experience to our clients. You’re involved in the entire customer lifecycle and play a critical role directly supporting the business.

Studying or studied a degree (or equivalent) in any subject but has a keen interest in business, products, and the application of technology- Obsessed about delivering high quality to users, keeping the customer at the heart of every product decision
- A great collaborator with a one team mindset, working towards a shared goal
- A creative problem solver with a strong desire to learn through hands on experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies desirable

Training & Development
You will receive a blend of technical and people skills development. This is important as it’s not just what you do, but how you do it that is important to us.
Initially you will be immersed into an intensive, but rewarding, 2–3-week induction bootcamp and will be part of a wider graduate community with frequent socials including charity days and diversity and inclusion events. We work to a 70/20/10 learning model with 70% of your learning on the job, 20% informal learning and 10% from formal educational learning.
