Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager to join our team.
We are currently working on a number of diverse projects across the South West & Wales regions, and have offices in Bristol and Cardiff. The successful candidate would be based from one of our projects across the region.
The Role:
The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process.
You would be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

What you`ll need:
- A 2:1 in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- A genuine interest in the construction industry
