Job description
A highly reputable ESG investment firm with over £10 billion in assets under management, are looking for a Graduate Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team.
The successful applicant will be part of the Finance team and will be supporting the Group Finance team with month end responsibilities and ad hoc tasks.
The company are offering up to £25,000- £28,000 + brilliant benefits package to the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be part of the Finance team and will be supporting the Group Finance team with month end responsibilities and ad hoc tasks.

The main responsibilities for this Graduate Assistant Accountant role are:
- Providing support to the Senior Group Accountant by helping with projects and strategy
- Supporting the FP&A function by helping with the data collection linked to the Management information pack
- Assist with keep on top of the cost centres and funds postings in Dynamics
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Process staff expenses
- ONS Surveys
- Providing assistance with the other parts of the firm in a proactive and reactive basis and meet their finance related requirements
- Training towards your ACCA qualification
- Proactive and have strong attention to detail
- Be a strong communicator and ask questions when unsure how to proceed
- Has strong team working skills
- Can prioritise tasks well
- Has accurate financial data entry skills
- Has a university degree (2:1 or higher)
- Has experience with Excel
