The opportunity
The busy and successful Bristol Office is made up of approximately 50 people, specialising in Architecture, Urban Design /Masterplanning, Landscape Planning and Design, Town and Infrastructure Planning, Environmental and Graphic Design. The office is open plan and benefits from a friendly and sociable atmosphere in a newly refurbished office.
Our established and well-respected Bristol Design team has an exciting opportunity for a talented, creative and passionate Graduate Illustrator to join them to work on medium and large-scale residential UK projects.
Ideally you will have:
- You will either have completed (or be close to completing) your Part I / degree in Illustration/Fine Art, or alternatively have a minimum of 1 year of experience (UK based) working in an architectural practice
- Ideally experience or an interest working on residential/mixed-use projects
- Excellent hand drawing skills
- High proficiency in Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion or other rendering visualisation packages
- AutoCAD skills desirable but not essential
- A keen eye for detail and a focus on producing high quality work and graphic presentation
- Excellent team working skills and an ability to manage their own time across multiple pieces of work
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- An ability to produce work to a specific brief, often within tight deadlines
- Experience within a similar role would be an advantage
- Could suit 3 day part-time work arrangement
