Due to continued successes and increased market exposure, the aforementioned company are working with an increased number of clients and accounts; resulting in a vacancy coming up for a Graduate Account Manager, whereupon full training and opportunities for progression are provided
Your Roles & Responsibilities:

For this position, applicants should be confident communicators, able to establish and build rapport with prospective and existing clients. Beneficial to applications for this role, but not essential, is prior sales experience; whether this is in a retail, telesales or additional customer-facing environment. You should be passionate about technology and keen to further your understanding of innovate products and technologies that will have an impact on future markets. This role would appeal to an individual who possesses the ambition and motivation to progress and develop their skills and is an ambitious go-getter looking to advance their career.

- Working as part of a supportive and progressive team, developing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers & clients
- Informing existing customers of any new or ongoing developments in any relevant technology in their sector
- Introducing new products and services to existing customers with the business
- Building an understanding of existing customers' business objectives, as well as formulating a strategy for new customers
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction is met through the continued provision of relevant services
