Job description
Harrow Health has an exciting opportunity for a Governance Officer to join the team and provide effective and efficient clerical and administrative support across Governance activities.
Based in our head office in Pinner, the Governance Officer role will support various workstreams including, but not limited to, patient safety and involvement, complaints, clinical Audit and quality Improvement, clinical effectiveness, information governance and risk management. You will be responsible for maintaining, recording, updating and reporting on relevant databases; producing agendas and minute taking for meetings; as well as the handling and formatting of reports containing confidential, highly sensitive information.
You will report to the Head of Governance and HR Consultant. With their support you will be responsible for prioritising your workload as required, dealing with all queries and regular administrative activities in an efficient and courteous manner. Preferably you will have previous experience in a similar role, but it is essential that you worked in an administration role in a healthcare setting. It will also be an advantage if you can demonstrate an interest or have undertaken further learning in the any of the areas of governance undertaken in this role.
