Here at ClwydAlyn, we are looking to recruit a Good Neighbour to join the resident services team. You will be responsible for looking after a varied property portfolio including Intermediate Rent Properties, Group Homes, Rent to Own, Leasehold, Shared Ownership, LSE Schemes and Commercial Properties.
This post is a permanent basis part time.

Who are we looking for?
The Role is to support the Affordable Homes Team in providing a high-quality Good Neighbour Service at one of our Leaseholder Schemes for the Elderly based on Prestatyn (Ty Gwylfa). For this role you will have a good understanding on the needs of the elderly and be able to encourage the continued good health and independence of the residents. The role includes…
· Collecting litter from both parking, drying and garden areas
· To sweep out and if required, wash down and disinfect bin stores/areas leaving the stores/areas in a tidy state.
· To hold and be responsible for all keys necessary in the performance of these duties.
· To be aware of fire regulations and acquaint new residents of the fire drill and related procedures.
· To aware of water hygiene regulations and carry out monitoring duties to comply with these.
· To bring to the attention of the Affordable Homes Officer - any matters which may be of concern.
· To register all new residents with current careline monitoring provider and update the information annually and as and when required for existing residents.
· Maintain all records in line with GDPR guidelines and requirements.
This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check which we pay for.
