Set in a 350-acre estate on the North Surrey Downs, there is an informal and welcoming feel at Farleigh Golf Club, with 27 Championship-standard holes and three 18-hole courses providing a memorable and diverse challenge for all golfers. Farleigh is a busy place, but it isn’t all about golf. Our popular bar, restaurant and lounge is great for a relaxed brunch, lunch, or afternoon tea, and four function rooms are perfect for weddings, meetings, and events.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure security of stock and appropriate cash handling
- Never leave store unattended
- Ensure cleanliness of hire items, buggies, trollies and hire sets.
- Refer any operational issues to the Duty Manager
- Maintain a clean and tidy shop and front of house areas, ensuring daily vacuum and rubbish removal and weekly dusting.
- Regular tee sheet audits, from changing the status of the booking to pairing 1 and 2 balls up with others
- Maintain good Health and Safety Awareness
- Replenish any missing stock (from store room)
- Follow open and close procedures
- Check all stock has been bar coded
- Aid stock counts and checks
- Merchandising stock
- Exceed customer expectations
- Ensure all Green Fee Payers check-in in accordance with resort guidelines
General
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- To maintain a professional standard of dress and appearance, in line with company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work area
- To adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene.
- To attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to company policies.
- Support colleagues in delivering a high standard of customer service
- Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by the management team
