As a Go To Market Professional, your role is critical to ensuring successful execution of the GTM brief, bringing new propositions changes to market in a cohesive and effective way to ensure value is realised for both our colleagues and customers. Your role provides the business with a ‘centre of excellence’ mindset to GTM delivery, working with the Go To Market specialists and other cross-functional teams to support the development of launch strategies, create campaigns and optimise approach based on micro/small/medium business impacts.
- Supports the execution of GTM into SMB ensuring exceptional delivery and adoption of new propositions
- Understands the SMB organisation and how change needs to be positioned in order to land effectively in each channel
- Creates great working relationships with key stakeholder teams who contribute to the GTM plan
- Work with core Propositions teams to ensure the brief is being met and the Proposition being reflected is factually correct
- Supports and inputs to the GTM timelines and the effective communication between GTM and delivery teams
- Where appropriate, represents change on the relevant GTM forums, seeking sign off at relevant points
- Good stakeholder management with a track record in collaborating and co-ordinating teams to achieve a common goal/vision
- Experience in change management and the delivery of customer and colleague change
- Experience of managing risks/issues/dependencies and working through the impacts to a delivery plan
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring Proposition changes to life for customers and colleagues
- Proposition Positioning and Messaging: Competent in developing clear and compelling proposition positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers
- SMB Channel and Markets: A good understanding of the SMB channel structure and markets we operate in to inform GTM execution

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
