Go Beyond Specialist
Location: Field Based – Covering The UK Retail Estate

Hours: Full time
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for leading divisional level projects to drive brilliant sales, service and people objectives beyond retail stores. To support and lead, across the Divisional estate by driving collaboration across the retail channel including Webchat, Door to door operations and the future of digital hubs. You will be responsible for driving brilliant sales and service customer experience, by contributing towards the delivery of operational excellence across the Division. The main aim is to build all the additional revenue opportunities that sit alongside the wider distribution strategy for digital hubs.
Work alongside Territory Managers, Regional Managers, and wider teams- Support and empower the Division to continuously develop, motivate and improve the cross-channel teams
- Support and challenge decisions/sales approaches to increase growth and exceed cross channel targets
- Training on new services and refresher training of relevant and required topics
- Personally accountable for the performance across extra revenue stream outside of retail stores
Who are we looking for?
Ability to think ahead, anticipate issues and respond at speed. Forward planning is essential.- Building professional relationships with all areas of the business ensuring you are approachable with the ability to challenge
- Previous experience working within Vodafone is an advantage as is experience in a similar role
- A self-starter who is extremely organised, meticulous attention to detail, strong project management skills, highly professional with strong prioritisation and excellent communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Highly proficient with PC systems including Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
