The Global Travel Co-Ordinator will be responsible for auditing booking that are out of policy to determine the causal factor, with a view to bringing back into compliance or seek to reduce the cost impact for Reckitt. You will also be responsible for reviewing un-used tickets and claiming back refunds, as well as being accountable for ensuring the ‘4 Stages of Group Travel’ are followed. Lastly you'll support guest travelers through the creation of links and support with business travel, Relocation and Home leave in the Egencia portal.
This role will be working globally with bookers, travelers, and our Travel management companies. You will lead the audit and tackling the best way to save whilst keeping the employees moving. You will understanding the needs of our business and maximize traveler wellbeing whilst travelling smart.

You’ll succeed because…
… You have extensive experience in the travel industry. You have experience with project management and have demonstrated project management skills as well as experience in leading large groups.
You have strong customer service skills as well as people management skills. You are a great communicator. You're proficient in Microsoft office suite. You have a good understanding of risk management and cost savings. You must have the ability to manage and lead change. You must also have strategic ability to plan for future development. You will have a good understanding of airline contracts and how fares work and must understand smart ticketing. You must also understand how airline revenue management works and how to reduce ticket costs as well as understanding airline route maps and where free stops can be added. You'll have the understanding of airport taxes and which can be claimed back and also you must understand how online booking tools work and how to maximize savings.
