Job description
Based in Bawsey, King's Lynn, we are looking for an enthusiastic, honest, loyal individual to join us as a Part Time accounts assistant for this regionally well-known family run waste collection and recycling operator. You should be a customer focused individual who is confident talking to customers and deal with queries via telephone and email.
The role is part time; approximately 25 hours per week with flexibility. The successful candidate will be required to always work on a Friday but the other days/hours are negotiable.
Previous experience in purchase ledger is essential.
Duties to include, but not limited to:-
- To assist the Payroll with data processing on Moneysoft payroll software accurately and efficiently.
- To take control of Purchase Ledger using Sage50 accounts software.
- Assist the Accountant with day to day activities
Skills and Attributes
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software including databases and Excel.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service skills.
- Good timekeeper.
