Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join this successful team.
In this role, you will:
- You will support the development of a Recruitment Demand Plan, aligned with the global workforce plan across all grades GCB0-8, readying for consumption/execution via in-house talent acquisition and retained recruitment process outsourced providers within our global recruitment framework
- You will partner with the Global Heads of Talent Acquisition, Global Heads of Human Resources, Human Resources Chief Operating Offices, Heads of Talent and Wealth and Personal Banking leaders to bring the framework to life and to then ensure there is clear alignment and adoption through each of the Regional Heads of Resourcing and Onboarding
- You will be responsible for monitoring, refining and amending this Wealth and Personal Banking demand plan in-line with the microeconomics and the regional and country macroeconomics
- You will have a global view on candidate audiences, the latest trends, understanding the workforce segmentation across borders, genders and ethnicity, to assist in building sustainable strategies relative to the attracting and retaining the workforce of the future
- You will be the initial point-of-contact for Wealth and Personal Banking global talent acquisition service/delivery escalations, partnering with regional/country teams in resolution
- You will support the development of key talent acquisition reporting commitments ensuring there is a global, joined up approach at all levels. They will champion one way of working to ensure that the systems and processes empower talent acquisition
- You will support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in the coordination and project management of global hiring activities, projects and campaigns
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience of working within talent acquisition in a strategic and global capacity is essential to this role
- Extensive experience in managing the multi dimensions of talent aquisition from both a scale and complexity perspective at a global scale is essential
- A deep understanding of the relationship between work force planning and in-country delivery against financial and resource planning in a global matrixed organisation is essential
- Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills, along with the ability to present to and engage with senior stakeholders is essential to this role
This is a hybrid role with travel to 8 Canada Square, London to connect in person.
