The Global Central Government Sector Specialist role supports the Sector leader and executive team in advancing Sector priorities including driving the global strategy, enabling cross-border offerings and solutions, and responding to the dynamic market transformation underway in the largest Sector within GPS. We are looking for a highly agile strategist and program manager with a strong background in owning and shaping strategic initiatives.

  • Strategy: Drive development and implementation of the global Central Government strategy
  • Leadership: Provide strategic support to the Global Sector Leader and executive leadership team across priority areas
  • Relationships: Build relevant communities of practice and strategic working groups in collaboration with a variety of senior stakeholders
  • Insights: Work closely with industry marketing and insights teams to provide input on eminence and events
  • Clients: Work closely with Sector Global Crown Jewel and priority clients to understand and deliver on priorities and market needs
  • Operations: Oversee Sector day-to-day management including investments, performance and ensuring alignment with Global GPS and Client & Industry priorities

  • Work experience should demonstrate knowledge of client service delivery, management, strategy planning and implementation experience and client relationship management in the public sector
  • Proven management skills including the ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy execution
  • Creative thinker with proven ability to problem-solve and connect dots
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively
