The programme has grown exponentially over the last few years and requires an experienced programme manager to help realise it’s ambitions.
We are therefore looking to appoint a Global Programme Manager who will be responsible for coordinating change management activities across the accessibility programme, including technology implementation, events, training, comms, MI, board reporting and so much more. The role will work closely with digital and accessibility specialists to define and implement a full change management programme.

In this role, you will:
- Day to day management and organisation of digital accessibility change management programme.
- Produce well-defined plans for activity, dictate the key milestones and manage stakeholders, deliver projects and programmes successfully.
- Regular reporting into senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously to deliver against agreed plans.
- Contribute to improvements and new ideas for change management activities.
- Operate in an Agile way – i.e. the initiative will leverage Agile practice and ways of working – using Monday.com board to manage deliverables.
- Work with digital accessibility, programme management and visual design SMEs to define and deliver programme.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Essential:
- Substantial experience of leading Change, Projects or Programmes.
- Exceptional organisational, planning and management skills. Ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively drive continual learning in self and others.
- Experience in end to end digital production preferable.
- Is comfortable working on both digital and non-digital initiatives.
- Proven robust stakeholder management skills at a senior level demonstrating gravitas and providing confidence.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to provide actionable insights to drive performance.
- Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skill.
- A high degree of sensitivity, influence and relationship management skills.
- Experience in coordinating a number of key initiatives, balancing priorities, budget and stakeholder demands.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of digital accessibility preferable but not mandatory.
- Experience in digital customer experience is desirable.
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e. PRINCE2, relevant degree level or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of implementing Lean Six Sigma, Agile or similar methodologies desirable but not essential.
The base location for this role is London and it is a hybrid working arrangement.
