Jo Malone London has the exciting opportunity for a Global Product Marketing Coordinator to join the Global Marketing team. This role will report into the Senior Product Marketing Manager. This position will contribute to the delivery of product innovation an go-to-market launch toolkits on time and with excellence in execution and collaboration with cross-functional departments and regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP

- Monitors competitive assortment and pricing changes
- Demonstrates understanding of forecasting process from sales performance to future demand drivers (e.g. innovation, new doors, seasonality, promotions, pricing)
- Demonstrates knowledge of hero assortment
- Connects the dots between brand/consumer data and innovation calendar –the WHY behind each program
- Brings innovation to market by monitoring Programme milestones to drive on-time execution
- Supports decision making processes around product launches by identifying key decision-making criteria, including risk and mitigation plans
- Briefs product design for new innovation, outlining COG targets, expected volumes, target audience and distribution strategy
- Reports and monitors COGs for new innovation
- Monitors and recommends forecast volumes, linking to sales performance and future demand drivers
- Supports Regions’ marketing plans by preparing materials to support local execution (Bulletins, Forecasting Documents, BAS, Forecast Alignment docs, Activation Briefs)
- Supports Global teams’ by cascading concept scope, strategy and executional plans to inform Creative briefs
- Evaluates product performance goals and brand KPIs
- Contributes to 360 Activation brief development and partners with Creative and Regions to develop an asset list/strategy that addresses content needs by channel/medium across the consumer journey
- Supports in identifying creative assets needs/gaps against planned activation
- Tracks campaign impact to inform next cycle of marketing planning
- Contributes to post-mortem analyses to inform future activation planning and shares learnings
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have exceptional organisation skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at one time to a high level of detail
- Demonstrate both a creative and commercial mind-set and use this approach in making recommendations
- Be highly numerate and analytical with an ability to cross reference a variety of sources to reach firm conclusions
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface and build relationships with many departments across the organisation
- Be resilient and adaptable
- Be reliable, committed and with a will to go above and beyond
- Be self-motivated with energy and enthusiasm to drive results
