PwC’s Global Payroll Platform implementation team is responsible for transitioning new clients onto our payroll technology platform. They are looking for a candidate who will be a highly motivated professional with strong analytical and organisational skills. They will be client facing. Our Global Payroll Platform provides a real time view of payroll workflow, tasks and status, interfaces to HRS, finance and other systems – inputs and outputs, generates consolidated and multi-lingual payroll reports and payslips, provides a consistent experience for payroll and finance teams and employees, irrespective of location. They will be working directly with clients and in-country payroll teams to understand the requirements from both sides and bringing this together against deadlines and project plans in a timely fashion. The individual needs to be fluent in Spanish and be keen to get involved with cloud based technology implementations.

Highly motivated professionals with strong analytic and organisational skills. A strong aptitude towards technology is required. They will need to be driven and be passionate about providing a high level of service and have a right first time approach.
The role will involve working with PwC in country teams around the world, clients, and development teams. Being fluent in Spanish would be a key advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, curious and innovative mindset who can help to grow and develop this fast expanding part of the business.
About the role
Successful applicants will be responsible for working with new clients across multiple territories to onboard their payrolls to the Global Payroll Platform.
Ensure day to day and ad hoc queries in our global payroll mailbox are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner
Delivering solutions to issues raised by our network and clients, taking full ownership and liaising with your peers including the Technology team based in Mauritius to ensure resolution of the issue.
Preparation and initial review of deliverables, where required.
Work with the PwC global network to ensure timely delivery of all information required to support set up and operation of multi-territory services, flagging any issues to the Global Payroll Implementation lead.
Lead relationship and calls with clients to review performance of the contract, update on delivery of service, progress of any out of scope services and agree processes to onboard new locations and changes to existing payrolls.
Lead smaller client implementations with minimal Manager involvement
Participate in new payroll opportunities and RFPs.
Become proficient in the use of the Global Payroll Platform (GPP) including new entity set up
Lead training and provide demos to clients/the network on use of GPP
Manage and train junior team members as well as our Service Delivery Centre
Liaison with our GPP Team based in Mauritius including; weekly calls to feedback on issues encountered, working together to develop solutions for our clients and future enhancements to GPP

Essential skills and experience
Experience in a payroll function preferably from a global perspective
Experience of working in a client facing environment
Strong Google Suite skills
Strong language skills including English and Spanish
Technology and Cloud Based Technology Experience

Flexible work ethic given the time difference between the UK and the global team we work with (i.e. you may be required to work outside of normal business hours from time to time)
