Your role
We’re looking for someone to:
- Work directly with the Global Head of Global Markets, Group Treasury, Non-Core, Legacy and IB Operations Compliance to support the overall operation of the global business team, including:
o Project & initiative tracking and status updates to senior management and management forums.
o Driving and coordinating input to regulatory requests, quarterly global business team meetings and other internal requests.
o Owning periodic tasks, such as maintenance of organization charts, creating management information packs, owning training audiences.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of global alignment and/or efficiency projects, collaborating with multinational teams and the C&ORC IB Data Analytics team where necessary.
- Act as a Champion for the C&ORC IB Data Analytics team, promoting automation capabilities to the wider global business team and helping to prioritize projects.
- Independently perform / drive Thematic Reviews, as well as ad-hoc reviews, analyzing data and stakeholder feedback to improve the overall operation of the global business team.
- Lead the roll out of training series designed to improve the skill set and knowledge of the global business team.
- Build a strong relationship with the key stakeholders in the business, IB COO, GCRG and other supporting functions.
