The role
As Global Marketing Executive, reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of a multi-brand, global marketing strategy, consisting of plans and campaigns across various channels. This is an exciting, important role within the marketing team, which will involve working with a range of stakeholders across the group – from colleagues in schools to our human resources, sales and business development teams.
Your main focus will be on global social media and content marketing and will include creating content, community management of our global accounts, ensuring our regional marketing teams have the assets they need and curating user-generated content for the business to leverage. Working closely with the Global Projects team, you will also assist with digital campaigns, B2B B2C communication product launches and other new initiatives for the business.
Using your keen attention to detail and innate ability to multi-task, you help to deliver multiple projects to a high level of quality. Working with stakeholders, you will ensure the accuracy of marketing materials and seek sign off at each milestone. With your process-driven approach, you will develop and improve ways of working with stakeholders across the business whilst making it easy for them to interact with the team.
As a central point of contact for global projects, you will provide excellent customer service, and will manage workflow and priorities in accordance with business demands. You will have the flexibility to work with people across different levels and roles within marketing to achieve excellent outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities
Social Media Marketing:
Day-to-day management of all multi-brand global social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
Act as our resident social media specialist: working alongside copywriters to execute content strategy and develop multi-brands global content calendar or templates for localisation, ensuring consistency across all channels, supporting and communicating with various school teams and markets with best practice
Contribute to available and usable global content pool, including via market-led user-generated content
Identify opportunities to improve our digital presence and communication with customers
Global Projects Management Delivery:
Collaborate cross-functionally with school, global projects regional marketing, acquisitions, web and CRM teams to develop, manage, deliver and track projects and campaigns launches
Manage rollout of product merchandising
Manage and produce global templates for localisation and follow up with regional markets in updating templates; templates include landing page, blogs, paid activities assets, B2B B2C emails
Lead the post-global projects review process; work with paid media, SEO, and analytics team and other agencies to ensure robust measurement of projects
Assisting with any new business initiatives briefed into the Global Projects team
Departmental Administration:
Managing regular departmental administration including uploading and maintaining library of accurate, up-to-date assets, eg Fact Files and Price List, available for agents and B2B partners to use;
Managing marketing department’s SharePoint library, acting as quality assurer and gatekeeper for the system
Ensuring all information in our agent portal is up-to-date and accurate
Skills Experience
A good understanding of the marketing mix and digital marketing principles
Experience managing social media accounts across a wide range of different channels.
Understanding of what content is appropriate for different platforms and be on top of current social media trends
Quick transits in new role experience,
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, to tight deadlines and with the capacity to manage several projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability in copywriting and editing brand copy, with excellent command of written English and understanding of appropriate copy styles
Ability to work flexibly across different digital platforms and tools such as Workplace/ Google My Business, Power BI, Trustpilot, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Wapps, Solar, Mailpro, Sprouts Social and Falcon
Diplomacy, with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures
High levels of drive and self-motivation

Ability to drive innovation and make improvements
Strong teamworking skills

£27,000 - £32,000 Per annum + Up to 15% bonus
