Now we’re looking for a Global Marketing Director, you’ll be a part of our Global Marketing team.

What you’ll do:

Own the strategy

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategy for Noventiq in coordination and in agreement with the sales leadership, country, and business unit management of the company.
  • Own ongoing market analysis: identifying market peculiarities in connection with the country and local teams, studying needs of existing and potential customers; analytical data collection in key areas; monitoring competitors’ activities.
  • Development of marketing function – analysis of efficiency of marketing activities, design, and implementation of ideas for marketing development.

Own the brand

  • As a part of the global marketing strategy deliver material growth in brand recognition for Noventiq amongst main stakeholders in cooperation with Global PR – customers, vendors, employees, and potential employees (in coordination with HR), investors (under the instruction of the IR).
  • Own the digital presence of Noventiq. As part of the marketing strategy, develop a digital strategy for the WWW, LinkedIn, etc. presence, own the execution of this strategy globally and in coordination with the local teams
  • Own content creation for Noventiq.

Drive demand

  • Together with the local marketing teams develop consistent, efficient, and compliant lead generation processes, and ensure reuse of tools and practices across the globe.
  • Develop and deploy Account Based Marketing across the globe in coordination with the Global Sales organization.
  • Build specific marketing support for defined growth programs – Titan, CSP, Innovation Growth, re:Stack, etc.

Ensure efficiency

  • Own and be responsible for the deployment of the marketing modules of the Creatio platform as part of the Unity project. Act as a decision-maker for related requirements.
  • Develop and foster global vendor relationships from the marketing perspective. Own global joint marketing plans where appropriate and supervise the creation of the regional or country plans.
  • Act as the ultimate responsible for identifying and managing the best external suppliers required for efficient achievement of marketing objectives.

Be an expert

  • Provide counsel and direction to the regional leaders of Noventiq in the domain of marketing.
  • Participation in the onboarding and post-merger integration of newly acquired companies with a focus on the rationalization of marketing functions and practices and effective use of tools
  • Active participation in communication with the Leadership Team as a leading marketing expert in Noventiq; developing and mentoring talent, setting an example of cross-functional leadership, and challenging thinking and current ways of working.
  • The external representation of the marketing function – with employees, customers, technology market analysts, investors, etc.

Be a leader

  • Build a diverse and efficient marketing team. Ensure continuous improvement of the capability of the team despite possible attrition.
  • Ensure cohesive culture in the marketing team despite the mixed reporting – direct and indirect
  • Translate marketing strategy into objectives, strategies and KPIs for the marketing team and provide leadership and guidance on the day-to-day activities and sure continuous monitoring of the performance and corrective action where required
  • Shape the team for the continuously evolving needs of the organization as it grows
  • Any additional duties as required for achieving the expected objectives of the position.

About you:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in similar positions in IT resellers, systems integrators, or vendors
  • Self-starter, quick learner, able to work independently in loosely defined organizations
  • An energetic leader who balances hands-on involvement with efficient delegation to achieve the best possible quality and speedy delivery
  • Hands-on knowledge of modern marketing tools and systems. Experience in deploying systems and managing related change in marketing organizations
  • Needs to be able to demonstrate an independent approach to work and team management, solid hands-on experience in demand generation and brand promotion campaigns
  • Experience in working in US-listed technology companies is a significant plus
  • Fluent English. Spanish is a plus
  • MBA is a plus
