Global Learning Partner / Specialist - 12 month FTO/Secondment

As a Global Learning Partner, you’ll play an exciting and pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. You will work as part of our Leader, Manager & Team Effectiveness CoE, bringing innovative and ground-breaking learning solutions to support transformation of the learning culture at AstraZeneca.
Working closely with the Global Learning Directors to provide professional input to thought leadership, project delivery and creation of new development solutions from concept through to pilot and scaled Enterprise delivery. You will support all stages of the learning cycle: consulting the business, learning design, development, delivery, evaluation for both formal and informal learning whilst working collaboratively with colleagues across the Talent and Development CoE.
Typical Accountabilities:
Business Consulting:
- Work closely with business leaders to develop and adapt innovative global learning solutions to address business needs
- Build strong working relationships and provide expert advice to the business
- Undertake robust learning needs analysis for key stakeholder groups; conduct and analyse global learning needs, translate these needs into learning offerings/recommendations
- Collaboration across the CoE and HR functions
Design & Delivery:
- Bring innovative ideas to support the design of global learning offerings
- Project management for formal/delivered (‘macro’) learning experiences
- Support development of blended learning and the use of learning technology
- Ensure quality provision of high-quality micro learning resources
- Work with project team to ensure successful implementation of learning experiences
- Collaboration with strategic supply partner and/or identifying supply partners through RFP
Learning Evaluation:
- Establish key measures, data collection & reporting for learning activities
- Contribute to development of evaluation strategy
- Curation of business impact reports/presentations for the Senior Executive Team “SET”
Essential requirements
- Experience of learning technologies and approaches
- Experienced in the design and delivery of learning and development solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Desirable requirements:
- Proficiency in languages other than English
- Experience in the evaluation of learning delivery methods
- Experience of procurement / RFP processes
- Experience working in matrix teams and ambiguous dynamics.
- Ability to extract simple concepts from complex environments.
- Human-centric approach to design and delivery
