Gap Personnel is looking for Full time Temp to Perm Production Operatives for an immediate starts available for Our prestigious client based on the outskirts of Norwich.

Candidates will need to be able to get to the NR5 area of Norwich to be able to cover both day and night shifts.

Pay rate: £12 per hour.

Shifts: Rotating shift pattern of 2 days (6am – 6pm), 2 nights (6pm – 6am) and 4 days rest

Daily duties will include:

• Follow all policies and procedures.

• Ensure the production equipment is operated in accordance with Production Work Instructions.

• Use of raw materials, Product, packing, palletisation, machine care and the condition of work areas.

• Ensure the product is being processed in accordance with the specification.

• Maintain and record extruder and drier conditions on the control sheet.

• Maintain the specified standard of cleanliness of machinery, equipment and surrounding areas, including the floors.

• Carry out and record specified cleaning during product changeovers.

• Ensure that satisfactory product segregation can be achieved.

• Operate bulk take out machinery and line take out machinery including packaging selection and use.

• Pay full attention to all safety precautions and operating regulations during the execution of these duties.

• Participate in any other activities or carry out any other duties that may be outside the general remit, which will benefit the individual, department, or company.
