Role Summary:
KIM and Risk Hub together present's KPMG’s fully integrated and best-of-breed GRC solution which enables excellent client service, improved quality and efficiencies in delivery of internal audit, compliance and assurance services. KIM as KPMG's Internal GRC Workflow Tool and Risk Hub as a Managed Service to provide clients access to a world leading GRC system aims to establish KPMG as a global leader in the risk, compliance and internal audit space with targets of $1.5bn in revenue by FY23. This role is critical to maintain the existing infrastructure (3 Global Servers, 2 Satelites) and perform BAU work to sercice 11 MFs, 1500 KPMG Staff and Client Users, over 300 Clients and over $150m of Revenue. The role is important to avoid creating significant operational risk for KPMGI and MFs.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Applications across all regional instances (AU, EMA, ASPAC, AMR, Canada)
- OpenPages and Affiliate Applications Installation
- OpenPages and Affiliate Applications Upgrades
- OpenPages and Affiliate Applications Maintenance
- OpenPages Application DevOps
Responsible for Deploying Risk Hub Solution across all Regional instances
- Risk Hub Solution Migration
- Risk Hub Solution Certificate Renewals
- Risk Hub Solution Maintenance
Responsible for overall health of Application and Solution across all Regional instances
- Application and Solution Problem Diagnosis
- Application and Solution Performance Tuning
Responsible for PVT (Production Verification Testing)
- Oversight of QA during PVT (Production Verification Testing)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Highly experienced in professional software development experience, part of which should include installing and configuring OpenPages and related software- Experience in OpenPages migration tooling, Object Manager and XML based export / import methodology
- Deep technical understanding of MS Windows, Web Applications, DB2 and JEE Application Server technology, including JSPs, Servlets and IBM WebSphere Liberty
- Familiarity in working within a structured project delivery and change management methodology
- Ability to facilitate and perform application and technical environment planning discussions
- Excellent oral and written communications, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline
- Adhere to best practices, coding standards etc
- Develop high quality solutions based on client requirements
