WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’re a skilled operator who knows how to get things done across BCG. Working alongside the Global HR Operations Executive Director, you will be a thought partner and execute strategic projects across HR Operations with the objective of delivering world-class HR services to all BCG employees. This is a new role which will grow in scope over time. Initially, this will include:
Align and optimize HR Operations workflows
Manage, align, and improve HR operations workflows. Lead review of all HR processes to identify opportunities for improvements to better meet the needs of business, drive efficiency and improve the employee experience
Help redesign processes as appropriate to ensure stream-lined customer driven success
Assist in the development of a shared services plan where appropriate including potential scope of services provided and business units served
Help establish an effective Global HR Operations network
Build strong relationships with HR teams across businesses and systems, and work together to deliver and embed the agreed HR Operations strategy
Establish effective communications and engagement with the HR Operations network
Manage and lead ad-hoc HR Operations projects where appropriate
This could include policy implementation and/or clean-up; HR data protection; acquisition and integration support, among others
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with all levels and key stakeholders across the complex BCG organizationStrong organizational skills with ability to plan, set goals, and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-moving environment
Strong analytical skills and executive presence (comfortable presenting and facilitating productive discussions). Influencing skills will be essential for this role
Strong attention to detail - ability to provide quick turnaround and updates for multiple requests, while maintaining strong reputation of high-quality work
Display discretion when handling confidential/sensitive information
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field or equivalent experience; Graduate degree in HR, business, or related fieldSignificant experience, preferably in a people or HR role, in a large, global, and complex organization. Professional services a plus
Workday and HR operations experience essential
Relevant experience with change management or program management
